Been involved in an accident in August, my car hit a motor and the motor driver injured, as usual the injurer claim insurance..my insurance company lawyer said will need to attend a court later on..what would be the next procedure? Do i need to pay anything like court fee, lawyer fee, etc.. I'm worrying like hell everyday

My friend involved a minor scratch when a car in front sudden stop and his car bang the car in front..the car in front bumper is ok just paint cracked abit..the owner say is ok..i think both side don't take further action ald, so what should he do for just in case? Thanks
