hello guys..want to share my story and maybe can get some help/opinion from all the taiko in here here goes..

was on my way to work (construction site)..past the security guard and went straight to site office..almost 100m to car park, a crawler crane in the the middle of the road..so i follow patiently..soon the signal man wave green flag to overtake from the side of the road..to maintain a safe distance from the crane, i decide to pass over a bunch of grass..suddenly heard a loud bang from under the car..manage to stop, look under car & saw fluid pouring out...gear box busted went to investigate...i hit a lamp post footing covered with grass ...immediately call car manufacturer emergency assist..give me option to pay the repair myself or claim insurance..i choose claim insurance..tow truck came and i quickly make police report..after finish with report time to talk to investigating officer..a sergeant i guess..he didn't say anything much..just listen to my story.. ..then went to service center and gave all the papers the same day..

will i loose my NCD? some of my friends says no some say yes..i'm a little bit confused..
