Which insurance is best and cheapest?

My car kena hit by myvi. Made police report but myvi just ignored it. Investigation Sergeant said must wait for 30days only can produce final report, questions :
1. Need lawyer if want claim third party? And who should bear the legal fees?
2. Must go to workshop specialist in third-party claim?
3. Can the claim dragged so many days? Called my insurance, they want me to notify which I have done.

1. Yes. Third party insurer. U can make statutory declaration that the asshole hit and run. No worries.
2. Not really specialist coz they are everywhere
3. Yes u have to. Coz eventually ur insurer gonna pay. Its complicated. But dont worry it wont affect ur ncd.

Motor insurance is all the same. Just add more cover if u really need it. Best i say kurnia allianz coz their 360 cover. But u reallly need it? Depends.

I see berjaya sompo did provide free special perils up to 10k

By definition clu better than cart.


Coz cart only cover when ur car is really being repaired. Not cover when the car is waiting for the parts to arrive.

Clu as as u cannot use ur car, tersadai waiting for sparepart or not, still cover

No coz normally people dont buy lou cover to cover selft inflicted accident

I just got involved in an accident with a bike, police report made, now waiting for keputusan. However, from my car camera, it's 100% that the biker is at fault, and he got light injury when accident happen, rolling on the floor for few times.

So my question is, if let say the Sarjen said wrong at my side, then how can I dispute that?

Sent my car to tan chong for repair, asked for replacement car but was told they cannot give. Then asked insurance, and i have add on for replacement with the insurance cover, yet i was initially told cannot. Reason - i have to request for replacement car within 21 days. Crazy, the report and other details not settle yet but must make application for car.

No of actual days taken to repair ur car. This is based on independent adjuster estimation. No workshop or company.
