I knocked a dog today and unfortunately the dog couldn't survive.. I didn't take any picture during the incident .. it knocked my bumper and need for a replacement.. so can I proceed to claim under own damage ? And what should I do? I don't have any incident picture and polis report ..

Just done the report, and met the sargent also.
Also called the insurance ady, the insurance fella ask me bring my car to nearest panel workshop and prepared the require documents, like polis report, Registration Card , insurance policy, IC and driving license.

basically the full ncd just transfer to other new car on last month, so this car is 0 now.
Bumper not that serious, but then since i think that is 0 ncd now, so its better for me to claim without needing to pay a single cent ma

And by next year before the insurance renewal date, probably my dad will transfer his ncd to this car already, so i no longer own it also.

Will insurance company reject my claim? And what would be the consequences after claim, will it affect my ncd for my new car with 55%?
And do you think if i have to pay excess for my own damage claim?

Appreciate if anyone can give some advice to me:-
1. Someone "kissed" my behind and i have already made a report, but the person who bang me didnt make any report, will it affected the accident "keputusan" result? since i am going to claim under OD knock-for-knock.
2. How long do i have to wait for the keputusan from the Sargent and whether i should keep approach the Sargent for the update?
3. I have already furnished those accidents pictures to the Sargent, will that help to speed up the process?
4. My car dmg is very minimal but require to touch up and maybe respray the bumper also replace the clips, will that affect my claim since the cost is not more than RM500 i guess.
5. Can i send my car to workshop now and tell them to claim under OD KFK while waiting for the keputusan?

Why insurance said the owner didn't report since you already mentioned both you report and the result he was wrong

I thought that ODKFK can also apply to third party insurance instead from comprehensive. Even A didn't make report but B still can claim according to the police outcome report and if necessary, just perform oath then the NCD will also save. Correct me if I am wrong.

I just got involved in an accident with a bike, police report made, now waiting for keputusan. However, from my car camera, it's 100% that the biker is at fault, and he got light injury when accident happen, rolling on the floor for few times.

So my question is, if let say the Sarjen said wrong at my side, then how can I dispute that?

Hope someone can enlightened me, my car got banh from behind, but the car who bang me roadtax and insurance is dead since last year. Can I still claim odkfk or odn?

Also that person didn't make a report as well.
