For future use. Parking parking

I claim LOU by submitting the original rental agreement from a registered rental company, but the insurance company only offer the claim based on CART. For example, i rented car for 3 months because my car was at repair shop for 3 months. But they only offer me to claim for 10 days. What should i do now?

Personal experience here. Avoid Allianz.

u can complaint to them at complaint unit... also pls threathen that u will report to BNM.

pls also report to BNM of course via BNM telelink. can open their website.

my accident happen dengkil plus highway ... it was raining heavy with my full family in car , minor bumper hit... need to change it also .

the other party want to make report also . he go do report himself.

my question is .... i was on the way back home in melaka . can i do report in melaka ?

My car got hit my cement lorry and the driver irresponsibly run away. We in the opposite direction of the turn and his back bang my tail light and got little scratches. Due to busy road I move my car to make the traffic flow smoother before I got the chance to take his contact/number plate. I don't have his plate number only his company name. I reported to the police and the inspector say he can't help me.

This happen on Saturday so I can't contact the company. If I contact the cement lorry company now will they entertaint me and honor my claim or they won't due to lack of proof?

I been in accident before, usually people stop and discuss, never been in accident that someone just cabut like that

i got a rm300 summon but the officer can help me to clear it for rm200 so should i take it?
