Hyee, need advice regarding LOU,

My service center already prepare hard copy and give me all documents required to claim LOU but i need to submit by myself.

But she said sometimes insurance don't accept hard copy, need to submit online.

Since today is saturday, etiqa at my area is closed.

Anyone experience claiming LOU from Etiqa?

I recently claim the LOU from Etiqa. What i do is i go send the document to the nearest Etiqa branch, then they will send to HQ. You can submit online too via their website.

So far hardcopy. U call them first. Can post or must submit to the branch.

For allianz, i just post the docs.

Already submit the doc to etiqa. They help to keyin to system.
But the staff mistype ic and email

Met with accident last week, 27/12. Small lorry beat red lights and my car damaged quite major at front part.

My car: 3-year old honda
My ins: etiqa takaful with CART 100/10days

Lorry: lonpac third party fire and theft

Already submitted copies of my ic, licence, ins schedule and police report to honda on the 28/12. Been informed by honda my case still queue and will assign PIC later.

My questions, will my claim use my insurance or third party? Can claim ODKFK for faster process? I just want my car back. Also the front engine is exposed as the bonnet is damaged, if rains car will damage more? All this insurance covers? Appreciate sifus advise

u can choose. for faster process, odkfk lah. i think by default eyour insurance first. later it will restore your ncd.

for cart. u can claim both. first u claim from etiqa. then u write seperate letter loss of use claim from lonpac.

Accident during Oct19, and I have claimed ODKFK. Car repaired and settle mid Dec2019. My insurance expiry date is 27Jan2020.
I try to renew my insurance yesterday with AXA, I was short that my NCD become zero.
What happen to my NCD? I cant proceed to renew the insurance policy now.
Hope anyone can advise this

My suggestion is for you to renew at other insurer. Check the ncd has been restorrd ke blum. Easiesy way is todo online

Just now manged to get AXA to clarify this. According to AXA is due to pending investigation report and sketch plan uploaded from Nissan Tan Chong.
Nissan Tan Chong runner pulak miss up the sketch plan from polices station.
Hope Nissan can get it asap
