Sent my car to tan chong for repair, asked for replacement car but was told they cannot give. Then asked insurance, and i have add on for replacement with the insurance cover, yet i was initially told cannot. Reason - i have to request for replacement car within 21 days. Crazy, the report and other details not settle yet but must make application for car.
