Accident during Oct19, and I have claimed ODKFK. Car repaired and settle mid Dec2019. My insurance expiry date is 27Jan2020.
I try to renew my insurance yesterday with AXA, I was short that my NCD become zero. What happen to my NCD? I cant proceed to renew the insurance policy now. Hope anyone can advise this |

Easiesy way is todo online  Just now manged to get AXA to clarify this. According to AXA is due to pending investigation report and sketch plan uploaded from Nissan Tan Chong. Nissan Tan Chong runner pulak miss up the sketch plan from polices station. Hope Nissan can get it asap  |
