Hi friends,

Just wondering, whether all the fuss :-

1) On the privacy lift and extra space between the lift and the main entrance is it worth it? - not forgetting the maintenance fees will increasing as years pass by.
2) Will the surrounding apt / residence (One South only) be occupied by middle east ppl?
3) Access road is good to eg:- Sunway, Puchong, Glenmarie area?
4) Is the price justifiable as it is LH...?
5) Comparing to Puchong's development, is it worth it?


Thank you and appreciate some opinions on this.

Own stay...any comments? Is it worth it. First impression that it's not cheap... and the maintenance will definitely be a "killer".

Thanks for the advice... yup, I understand this much better.
I have to make a weightage between this and other commitments. But the private lift concept is very tempting.
