Bro, how to check if I successfully flash M9 radio (30O modem) ?

I flashed it but seems like I don't know where to see it (the text of version) on the phone.

i never flash radio..
but you can check at setting-about phone-baseband version

Just make sure your pen drive in FAT or FAT32 format then should be good already. I'm not sure if can transfer to NTFS format.
