They send back to factory RMA at least 1 month or 2 at least of waiting time. Did you tell them to replace you another unit?

Just talk your way around telling them bough the phone not long and want you wait for a month or two is unacceptable

did you request to 1 to 1 exchange ?

Check the cm logo behind. No logo = They lied to you.

Try upgrade/downgrade firmware, if prob still exits ,gd chance hardware issue.

I am sure there's battery in there cos it was at 90+% at that time.
