Check if your mobo/processor can run that speed, not just compatible but can it OCed to it.
Mine 1700 + Asrock X370 Killer SLI combo, with TridentZ RGB 3200, I cant get it stable above 3000, running 2933 only even with 1.35V
I think first gen Ryzen RAM compatibility really sucks.
i had issue with my combo 1700 + msi b350m mortar as well with Trident Z 3200 (not rgb one).
windows boot up fine, but randomly BSOD.
i tot bcoz i played with the vcore / cpu frequency, but kept happening even when everything at default.
end up test stable at 2933mhz.
some ppl suggest to set Ram volt to 1.35v instead of auto.
now working fine so far no bsod
ps~ updating bios could work or cause bug too.
i had no issue before updating to latest bios, no bsod running at 3200mhz .
also the vcore reading on new bios on auto was quite high at 1.3+volt.
