QUOTE(silrave @ Jul 16 2019, 12:34 AM) hahaha sure can i just upgrade my x370 fatality board from asrock now using 3700x XD just need reinstall graphic card driver then done ^^ Oh nice ! I wanted to keep using my current Asrock x370 board as well. Do you have any memory compatibility issue before ? My current board can't fully utilize TridentZ 3200, only stable at 2666, even 2933 might crash randomly.

I have memory compatibility issue on Ryzen 7 1700 on X370 board, the TridentZ 3200 only max 2933 but unstable, now running 2660 Was thinking I can upgrade to Ryzen 3000 to finally run 3200

I'm slowly buying the parts so it wouldn't hurt my pocket that much. Get a new board. MSI will refresh its B450, x470 and A320 series to accommodate Ryzen 3000.

No chance, from Reddit feedback, first gen Ryzen ram compatibly bad and I didn't get the "correct" memory die brand/model After that just give up and use lower speed.

Ryzen 1st Ryzen the best ram to use is GSkill Trident Z RGB 3200mhz CL14.

QUOTE(Someonesim @ Jul 27 2019, 09:21 AM) Mine are TridentZ RGB 3200 8gb X 2 but not the expensive cl14 try use ryzen dram calculator and manually key in the sub timings. I managed to squeeze my corsair 3200mhz cl6 all the way to 3600 CL16 on my x570.
