Bought Jo then what to do. Need to manage. God bless still manage to rent out and quite decent I would say. Nett get back around RM 2,500 after settle all monthly fees including maintenance fee.

Surprisinly many working adults. One of my units, I partition into rooms, all working adult.

Provide full furnished , bear common area utilities like electricity, water and wifi.

Just went to visit a friend of mine that rented at Building B, I like the environment to be honest,low density, this is what I prefer.

Do u guys think this is a property worth to invest? I’m thinking for own stay(maybe three days a week when travel to KL)

And just check the info duplex sounds not bad too.

Buying for own stay is good. But I think don't expect price appreciation in the near future.

Personally bought few units here. Anyway, my duplex unit looking to sell it off. Fully furnished 2 rooms 2 bath ready to move in. If interested can gimme a call for viewing.

Quite clear he said it's 850sqft not 850psf.

Anyway this is sunwai new launch. If that is the gross price then ok for the location lah.

Any idea how big is the dual keys? I recall Emporis was launched around rm650psf

Assuming this DK is 800sqft, rm350k is good deal! I feel it is healthy for property market for FAR to bring genuine deals. Developers can clear stocks and public can access genuine deals

Of course feel sorry for their existing purchasers. Anyway I do not think this developer has any future projects.
