There are too many commercial projects at PJ/damansara area...

some not competative enough already face problem..SS2 mall, tropicana mall...

HI. What is the latest status of this project now ?

this one not walking distance to mrt right...

I think about 1km to nearest mrt.

To some, it is walking distance. To me, it is not. Unless it has covered pathway all the way from A to B.

Residential units here has been fr sale by an agent fr a few months d..
Btw, be realistic with d mall la.. KD got way too many malls n this one has the least favorable location/mall management/access etc..

Next ss2 mall in the making.

Conclusion: Far frm MRT, potential fail mall

What is the pricing?

i nt sure but seanoois range shld be viable..less than 700psf.. i think fair value here is 500 psf

Resi tower open for booking and can start collect booking fees also if you know who is there to collect

Location will take a while to Wong. This is certainly not the "heart of Kota Damansara"
