some not competative enough already face problem..SS2 mall, tropicana mall...

To some, it is walking distance. To me, it is not. Unless it has covered pathway all the way from A to B.

Residential units here has been fr sale by an agent fr a few months d..
Btw, be realistic with d mall la.. KD got way too many malls n this one has the least favorable location/mall management/access etc..

Next ss2 mall in the making.

Conclusion: Far frm MRT, potential fail mall brows.gif

i nt sure but seanoois range shld be viable..less than 700psf.. i think fair value here is 500 psf
