any owner willing to let me use the basketball court? i work at retail area... hope to use the basketball court in condo facility area...

willing to give money per entry. smile.gif looking to use the court at least 2 times a week and willing to pay 6-8 ringgit per use.

Not money matters but I see the basketball court is always occupied. As an owner I hope the facilities will not be abused. We all pay monthly maintenance fee but we not able to use the facilities

no abuse, we play together also can... i mean if u are willing to let me play or use the court the only thing i can compensate is by giving you some appreciation fees.... no other way...
just hope to be able to find a place where i can play basketball after work. for the love of the game... i dont mind joining whoever is already playing on the court.

Currently majority is for room rental, with master room renting at 1000+-, middle room at 750+- and small room at 550+-

If for whole unit rental, partly furnishing going for 1800+- and fully furnished going for 2500+- depending on furnishing.

So far majority young Chinese staying here..Also got a mix of malay and Minority of foreigner.

Management of facilities are so far so good. More and more offces occupying the retail shops level 3 - 5. Level 1 same floor with Jaya Grocer, only one row is full with business , got mamak, clinics, Chinese restaurant , 7-11, cafe etc. Other row still kind of empty especially facing persiaran surian main road.

Quite a convenient place to stay .
