any owner willing to let me use the basketball court? i work at retail area... hope to use the basketball court in condo facility area... willing to give money per entry.  looking to use the court at least 2 times a week and willing to pay 6-8 ringgit per use.

So far majority young Chinese staying here..Also got a mix of malay and Minority of foreigner. Management of facilities are so far so good. More and more offces occupying the retail shops level 3 - 5. Level 1 same floor with Jaya Grocer, only one row is full with business , got mamak, clinics, Chinese restaurant , 7-11, cafe etc. Other row still kind of empty especially facing persiaran surian main road. Quite a convenient place to stay .
