Developer unit masih berlambak, subsale no chance la unless sell at a loss. (also difficult)

another cashout project. Just remember kids, avoid any development that relies on cashout to sell their properties. a reputable developer would never do this. at most give 5% discount.

I take back my words. 700k for 761sqft (RM919psf). Even at 30%(RM643psf) discount with cash back, how is that a steal. The targeted rent also not realistic.
