Ambank gave only 75%, HLBB gave 80%, now trying Alliance Bank😔... Have you went to their launching last week? I just wonder how is the sales? I saw in the video clips both the Oasis 1 and 2 is really nice in term on the architechture design, especially the main entrance water feature.👍 The best parts is this project is located at the end of the road, thats mean more privacy as not much vehicles will passing thru the road.

Reason being is because my income is mostly based on commision, so they only consider 80% from my monthly income instead of 100%. Now still praying hard hopefully Alliance Bank can gave me 90% loan, or else have to say bye bye...

did you ask the developer why so low the margin? is it the valuation too high?

How about other purchaser ? The margin of finance tat bank approve will be affected by the borrower's income as well .

I spoke to Hong Leong's agent and he stated that for all Oasis 1 units, they would only be offering 80% (regardless of salary). This is due to the substantial discount offered by TLS.

Anyhow, try RHB out. I met their agent yesterday and she was super friendly and helpful. She said that RHB is well aware of the discount but would still offer 90% financing.

Sorry but You dont know a single thing about real estate investing.
This units might be expansive now but they are not buying ready made condos.
Its gonna take 3 years to be completed calculating the inflation year after year and also the impact after gst.
this is a worthy buy.people was telling the same bout Pearl Avenue in 2010. Bhought 2 at 240k.
