How about other purchaser ? The margin of finance tat bank approve will be affected by the borrower's income as well .

Afternoon all, just to add my 2p in.
I spoke to Hong Leong's agent and he stated that for all Oasis 1 units, they would only be offering 80% (regardless of salary). This is due to the substantial discount offered by TLS. Anyhow, try RHB out. I met their agent yesterday and she was super friendly and helpful. She said that RHB is well aware of the discount but would still offer 90% financing. G |
