Property maintenance still 0.25 per sqft. JMB has been formed. They will continue the rate recommended by management until end of this year. Then they will decide how the maintenance fee moving forward (next year onwards). Property is subjective, some of them got defects so have to submit to defects team to solve the issue. Some are ok, no issue.

I just claim my key in opposite of oasis - Akoya residence. The workmanship is shoddy and wall tiles crack in quite many areas in the house, very poor paint job especially the public carpark area in ground floor.
