Yes i agreed, in term of design and facilities Oasis is better than IR, the only advantage for IR is earlier vacant possession than Oasis. Rumours said IR block C is wholly bought by one China organisation, and will sub selling it back thru developer after completion, but i still doubt how true is it😏😏😏?

Huhh this is far far away from our Oasis Mutiara Heights oh... And the price also much more expensive, about rm800 persqft!

Expensive apartments.. kajang not ready yet for service apartments.. sumore 500k above.. landed still 600k..

There is a huge gap between 600k with 728k. Besides, goodview height is located at Semenyih. blink.gif

you will buy 600k condo and refuse to put in 728k for DSL? it is not semenyih is sg long south and they just behind kajang perdana, opening route soon..

this is overprice condo, kajang folks will not be able to take this, looks like sales is going to be bad, commission will down too.. sorry have to be frank

you bought any 600k , 1200sq condo this area or not? I m not SA goodview, but 250 units all sold out di, solid 73k cash no rebate, next year April vp..

sorry oasis SA, of course 1k or 5k DP... of course, if market for high rise good in kajang, like this minimum nits 600k, no discount, no rebate, clean 60k DP own 1 unit, see how good is the uptake...

good view ask 73k cash no rebate no rubbish and etc..
