anyone sign loan offer letter yet?

I'm more interested with "only 2 units of 959sqft & 2 units of 1015sqft"

Unfortunately the both unit had been booked for Block B, you may try for Block A once they release. But i think the price will be slightly higher upon its completion lo...

959 sqft is for block B ( 3R/2B ) i'm one of the lucky buyers ✌️, provided my loan get through ☺️. For the 1015 sqft units is for block A, but this units is more like the studio type because only have 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom!

Still hv many units. Not yet officially launched though. Attractive package and one of the lowest price psf now but seems not hot in LYN. Wonder why....

My Ambank is more than a week already, i did submitted to Hong Leong as well, but they never call me yet... Did your Hong Leong officer call you before they approved your loan?

Look at the chart...so many units still.those in block a half not yet open that's why red Color.

ya, he act very fast, i think the next day i confirmed to proceed with HLB, he contacted me... within a week, he called n say my loan was approved, we met twice ady n signed loan offer letter.
As I know only 1 HLB guy handling TLS project's loan, maybe u can ask ur SA to urge him?

Are you sure they will release after completion? I doubt developer intend to keep so many units unsold until completion. From what Ive been told by the SA those units will be open for sale as 2nd phase with increase in price.

ya, sell very slow ! actually I still thinking in Oasis kajang good a not for invest ? if completed hard to rent ? wht to do, ? no idea, still looking other place to compare.

I like hong leong, good servis, try submit to hong leong.

Yesterday the officer from Hong Leong contacted me, hopefully everything go smoothly 🙏, as Ambank only approved 75% loan margin for me😔... Have you sign the S&P yet since you already sign the offer letter from bank? How much total balance payment need to pay to developer?

Some of the prospect buyer are waiting for IR block C open for sell first, and see how much is the selling price. But then i heard from my SA the IR block C will only open for sale early of next year, definately more than rm400 persqft.

IR block C is under developer unit? tot fully sold
