Evening gents, I recently booked a unit at Oasis 1 over the weekend. Dealt with Cheryl, whose pleasant demeanour left me pleased as punch.

I'd recommend all to take a drive over to the show unit. The unit is capacious and would, I believe, be perfect for young couples.

A few of the standout features (as at 21.09.2014) that I can remember:

1. 4 AC Units (1 x 2HP in the hall, 3 x 1HP in the rooms);

2. Kitchen 'L' shaped top (tile surface, although it may be converted to a solid top);

3. Kitchen hob and hood (together with the kitchen cabinets up top);

4. Toilets are tiled (floor to ceiling).

Many up above in this thread believe that the place will be rather congested. However, having lived in Subang, I know the best way to get around this; leave early tongue.gif

There is rumors mutiara height will connect to Silk direct, do you have any info on this?

The salesperson said that there would be a flyover connecting Mutiara Heights to the SILK Highway (plans having received the stamp of approval).

sorry guys, too late to clarify.... ><
block A 10th floor and above are blocked...
SA say it will be open only when the project is completed, n if im not mistaken, oasis 2 will be started once oasis 1 is completed, correct me if im wrong... =)

That's the exact same thing the sales assistant told me.

I suppose it's the standard sales approach, wherein they'll open the units higher up at a higher price (pun intended) once the demand has materialised. Don't discount the marketing machinery; that ought to easily draw in the crowds.

Will be submitting my loan docs tomorrow, fingers crossed, everything goes swell! tongue.gif

Thought you guys may appreciate this: http://www.my-rummy.com/Kajang/MutiaraHeig...ra_Heights.html

Quite a comprehensive write-up done by a sales agent, replete with location maps.

For those still on the fence, I'd venture that you would be hard-pressed to find a larger condo at such a price point. Just my 2p blush.gif

👏👏👏
Which bank you applying for the loan? Rates? Myself just submitted to Ambank yesterday... My SA said for the meantime only Ambank and Hong Leong is available.

Hi Leong, my SA told me that Ambank and Affin have agreed to finance Oasis 1. Good to know that Hong Leong is on board rclxms.gif

With regard to rates, I'll have to check the same with her. Will get back to you soon.

Afternoon all, just to add my 2p in.

I spoke to Hong Leong's agent and he stated that for all Oasis 1 units, they would only be offering 80% (regardless of salary). This is due to the substantial discount offered by TLS.

Anyhow, try RHB out. I met their agent yesterday and she was super friendly and helpful. She said that RHB is well aware of the discount but would still offer 90% financing.

Well, to each his own. I believe that notwithstanding my intention to stay at Oasis 1, the condo does have the potential of increasing in value.

Consider this; in 2015, the following will take place:

1. Prices at the pump will go up
2. GST will kick in

This will invariably drive property prices up. icon_question.gif

Consider also the following:

3. Sime Darby's project, Mahogany Park is nearby. This project goes for RM500+ psf
4. The MRT ought to be completed in or around the time VP is provided

All in all and with particular emphasis on investment potential, rather convincing, one would think. smile.gif

The proof is in the pudding, though. We shall see if I'm correct in 2017. tongue.gif
