i went to the sales office and  "test drive" the showroom unit. Falling love with the design and booked my 1st unit for Block A. Feel nervous and still confused - did I made a right choice since this is my first attempt to buy a house for my own - not for investment. I just booked and paid and will think later .

And still browsing for more info. People please convince me. haha. So i will stay with this decision since my sister gave me bad feedback about this - too far from my current location, we are currently stay in KL and all of  our family are in KL, no one has bought any house outside KL, difficult to reach all the families etc.

Anyway - IF I cancel the booking, any chance i get the booking fees back?

My Ambank is more than a week already, i did submitted to Hong Leong as well, but they never call me yet... Did your Hong Leong officer call you before they approved your loan?

Look at the chart...so many units still.those in block a half not yet open that's why red Color.

Are you sure they will release after completion? I doubt developer intend to keep so many units unsold until completion. From what Ive been told by the SA those units will be open for sale as 2nd phase with increase in price.

Yesterday the officer from Hong Leong contacted me, hopefully everything go smoothly 🙏, as Ambank only approved 75% loan margin for me😔... Have you sign the S&P yet since you already sign the offer letter from bank? How much total balance payment need to pay to developer?

Some of the prospect buyer are waiting for IR block C open for sell first, and see how much is the selling price. But then i heard from my SA the IR block C will only open for sale early of next year, definately more than rm400 persqft.

Yes i agreed, in term of design and facilities Oasis is better than IR, the only advantage for IR is earlier vacant possession than Oasis. Rumours said IR block C is wholly bought by one China organisation, and will sub selling it back thru developer after completion, but i still doubt how true is it😏😏😏?

Ambank gave only 75%, HLBB gave 80%, now trying Alliance Bank😔... Have you went to their launching last week? I just wonder how is the sales? I saw in the video clips both the Oasis 1 and 2 is really nice in term on the architechture design, especially the main entrance water feature.👍 The best parts is this project is located at the end of the road, thats mean more privacy as not much vehicles will passing thru the road.
