Hey, i had the same feeling with u just after i placed the booking...it's my 1st house too! but once u cleared up ur mind, oasis would b a right choice i think(at least for me) happy.gif happy.gif

I don't think u can get such space at such price in kl or even cheras at a good location. Visited Damai Hill Cheras before, the price is around the same but smaller, and its surrounded by 2 septic tanks and low cost flats... sweat.gif sweat.gif

I asked the SA before, where she say the booking fee is unrefundable if you cancel booking, but TLS will refund RM950 if ur loan is rejected.

SA say it will be open only when the project is completed, n if im not mistaken, oasis 2 will be started once oasis 1 is completed, correct me if im wrong... =)

yup, SA say they will be surely increase the price once the remaining is released. But they open those unit which have sky garden, which is the higher price unit.

is there any official launch for oasis?
as what the SA told, previous projects like ivory and ameera doesn't have any official launch but can have a good sale. so her boss din plan to launch oasis too.
not sure how true is this, but i haven't heard any news on the official launching whistling.gif

Unfortunately the both unit had been booked for Block B, you may try for Block A once they release. But i think the price will be slightly higher upon its completion lo...

ya, he act very fast, i think the next day i confirmed to proceed with HLB, he contacted me... within a week, he called n say my loan was approved, we met twice ady n signed loan offer letter.
As I know only 1 HLB guy handling TLS project's loan, maybe u can ask ur SA to urge him?
