wow ada oasis somemore !!! lucky lucky lucky im feel so lucky even lose some money withdraw from my purchase of ameera. phewwww now i can sleep well biggrin.gif

I reckon it is also with 9% discount, means from RM 417 psf onwards ( net )

With this size and price point of RM 4xx k ish, couple with big discount of 9%, i think should be okay esp previous projects sold well ie Ivory Residence and Ameera Residence.

If the location is really good within Kajang vicinity, I think the price point is well acceptable esp for own stayers.

Even now Pasang also RM 550 psf dy.

Went to sales office, currently Block B all units are open for sales. Block A up to level 9 are open for sales. Standard marketing strategy - after current Block A and B units fully sold, remaining block A units will be opened later at a higher psf price.

Block A is facing East while Block B is facing Wast. 7 units per floor for block A, 8 units per floor for Block B.

Price range from 500k to 700k, depending on size (don't quote me on this, I roughly scanned through the price list only)

Come with standard TLS package including free SPA, legal fee, built in kitchen cabinet with hood & hob, 4 units of airconds, etc

For those who are concerned about the traffic congestion upon completion of nearby projects, SA informed a fly over will be built to ease the entrance. The plan is already confirmed and approved.

Some forumers speculated whether there will be Oasis 2. Yes, there will be Oasis 2.

This is a higher end condo compared to TLS previous projects in Taman Sepakat Indah. Oasis 1 comes with many facilities that previous projects do not have. It comes with jogging track, entrance water feature, basket ball court, climbing wall, etc. (Sorry, can't recall them all - there are like 20+ facilities) It is a very spacious landscape design compared to TLS previous projects. The maintenance fee is RM0.23psf. Maintenance fee will be RM287.50/month for standard 1250sf units.
