I was told that it's open for 1-10 only. They blocked it for the next phase of marketing.

That's the exact same thing the sales assistant told me.

I suppose it's the standard sales approach, wherein they'll open the units higher up at a higher price (pun intended) once the demand has materialised. Don't discount the marketing machinery; that ought to easily draw in the crowds.

Will be submitting my loan docs tomorrow, fingers crossed, everything goes swell! tongue.gif

Thought you guys may appreciate this: http://www.my-rummy.com/Kajang/MutiaraHeig...ra_Heights.html

Quite a comprehensive write-up done by a sales agent, replete with location maps.

For those still on the fence, I'd venture that you would be hard-pressed to find a larger condo at such a price point. Just my 2p blush.gif

Hi Leong, my SA told me that Ambank and Affin have agreed to finance Oasis 1. Good to know that Hong Leong is on board rclxms.gif

With regard to rates, I'll have to check the same with her. Will get back to you soon.

πŸ‘ But is brochure or flyer? In fact i got the flyer already. Last week my SA said the brochure still not ready yet.
Hmmmm price wise compared Ameera definately is higher but as the market keep shooting up, so i would said Oasis is still a good bargain compared to current surrounding projects by others developer. Bare in mind Ameera is priced on early of 2013. Just take the Pearl Avenue project for example, launched in late of 2010 for rm229k and now the sub sales price went up to over rm400k! rclxm9.gif

Just wait for the official launch and see the outcome... Still no signing s&p yet still can turn back.😁😁😁

as what the SA told, previous projects like ivory and ameera doesn't have any official launch but can have a good sale. so her boss din plan to launch oasis too.
not sure how true is this, but i haven't heard any news on the official launching whistling.gif

Apparently this developer is very popular in kajang. Reputation for delivering ahead of schedule and etc. I only knew these from discussion with friends in kajang. The developer also never participate in mapex or any property fair because their projects are all sold out and mostly from repeated buyers. No news on official launch yet and I don't know if there will be...so the best is to grab a unit if you like and do t hv to wait.

Hi PerPeri,

Actually the reason why I'm interested with this house is because it's selling scheme/method. It's easy to get the ownership with only 1% dp (of course 9% rebate) and 1k book fee as compared to 10/90 if I buy other house or subsale house where I need to pay ~50k or more in advance. Tbh, I don't have that 50k in hand.

I know the price showing is actually a 'future price' and they already markup the price by 10% as a marketing strategy to get that house sold very easily. But at least I don't have to pay lump sum that 50k I mentioned. ..

Now let me share why I started to re-think and about to change my mind...

1. I visited the constructions site after paid the booking fees and realised that it's quite far from the main road (or maybe I don't know if there is a shortcut) I used entrance from sri jenaris if im not mistaken.

If there is only 1 entrace and exit I or we will be in trouble since I know that place will be a high density place one day if everyone will use the same road to enter/exit that area.Β That probably will make this placeΒ  not Β so popular.

2. I saw there was another housing area (villas-couldn't recall the name)  and looks like abandoned, event though I think the project was completed. I can count how many occupied there and the rest is all empty (maybe it's pretty new and they are planing to renovate before entering the house?) I don't know..that scares me. Feels like im risking my future life (lol) when thinking the possibility that the condo will be abandoned and at the end, no one lives there but still need to pay bank..

Everyone lets make this a healthy discussions.  I'm not an expert in this property things and analysis about any risks or potentials.  I just write this based on my own feeling. No other personal interest to stop you from buying (who those who plan to) or regretted (if u paid for the booking fees). It is not too late to decide.

This ia very serious deal I must say. 500k. Gulp.if it's really good,  I just need a kick from the back to keep me going. Or if not, please pull me out! Thankiesss sweeties.

to agent.  Don't mad at me ok..

Good Luck...... thumbup.gif  thumbup.gif

I'm interested in this condo. first time buyer here so not much experience. Just curious why higher level condo is always more expensive? Any disadvantage staying at lower level apart from no great view? tongue.gif

Hi, this is because higher floor always have better view than lower. There are no disadvantage at lower level just the matter of personal preference.

You can contact me 010-2311835 for further enquiries. thumbup.gif

Depends on what is your priority/preference. You want more view (more privacy) or accessibility. For me I would prefer to stay at lower level. Just in case if the lift malfunctioned, water problem where u have to take water from the Syabas water tank lorry, all of these will give advantage to lower level unit.
