To others, please check if ur digi coverage speed is ok in your area..I'm migrating to digi infinite..same monthly fee with streamyx 4mbps but with 5x higher speed (average)..so far it's stable for my iptv and movie streaming. On good days can get up to 40mbps.

no la contractor already change new cabel and changing new port and said can support 4mbps already but TM lazy to update their system....

During browsing sometimes this page appears 'This site can’t be reached' then becomes 'There is no Internet Connection'. Weirdly, sometimes no problem...but slow.

Using handphone connect but it is the same.

It has been several months since this problem appeared.

Change your modem router and test with a different BETTER one.

yesterday when I triggered my modem router setting, I found that the download rate in modem status changed to 10mbps.
I quickly checked my account at unifi.com, wow, free upgrade from 4mbps to 8mbps..

so how much you paying now ?

Any chances got discount if my speed got upgraded?
