previously I can get 4.1Mbps for my package until few days back, i encountered frequent disconnect and complained to tm, they sent the technician and told me that my port got problem then change a new port for me. After that i can only get 3.5Mbps from speedtest, i complained and get reply, 3.5Mbps is consider normal for 4Mbps package. Is it true?

anybody have below problem?
- my modem did not connect to the same port with phone by using splitter. this line only for streamyx. - when modem facing frequent disconnection or unable to connect DSL. - I just need to pull out the cable and then connect to a phone then make a call, after that connect back to the modem, problem solved.... |

the same issue keep on rotating few month
1) Frequent disconnection 2) complain to 100, then frequent disconnection solve 3) after frequent disconnection solved, download speed dropped, 4.3~4.5mbps to 3.4mbps 4) complain to 100, TM replied already provide 80% of the speed, my plan is 4mbps 5) lodge complaint to MCMC/CFM, download speed go back to 4.3~4.5mbps again every few months I was doing the same rotate job, anybody here have the same experience?
