Hey guys, what was the price cheapest of 4MBps now? I was using 1MBps now at RM68 since 2010

Ya lor, if RM148, why not go for Unifi lol That is why I'm asking possible to look for RM88 4mbps package.. I want to keep my budget below RM100. I'm still using the student package RM68 1mbps...

Isn't Unifi have speed quota limit? That is why I keep stay away from it since I stream a lot of YouTube in my families...

Problem is, I'm no longer a student, how to upgrade. Even my student card expired 4 years ago..

I remember I apply during 2010 that time, RM68 for 1Mbps package, student package means, all student from university or college are allow to apply, secondary or primary school doesn't count.

Okay, tonight I try go UTC TM there try ask first, if doesn't work then tomorrow morning I only go TM Point at my nearest place to find out more.. Thanks for the head up bro.

The Jimat Hebat package was previously known as Student Package.

I think this Jimat Hebat plan is exclusive for students only. For those who have Student ID from College or University only.. if you have any friends or families are still study, get their ID and IC and register it..

PS I think lar, you still have to go your nearest TM Point to ask.

You need to terminate your current plan, and apply Jimat Hebat plan at TM point.. Ask see they can assist you or not...

I was thought of upgrade to ASUS DSL N12U. Did a quick search found that a lot people satisfy with the performance.

Can't convert, but existing package can upgrade as told by the rep on TMpoint, yeah, just get the UniFi, if wasn't my area not available.

I found that there revision of DSL-N12U-C1 and DSL-N12E-C1 which both have detachable antenna.

No no, you are correct. Older model DSL-N12E (not sure what revision) doesn't have detachable antenna.

I was sharing the information I found on Google that the DSL-N12E-C1 revision have detachable antenna, but not sure local reseller got sell or not.

Asus are well know to be confuse name scheme. Look at their Laptop or Smartphone or Tablet. Zenfone 2 4 5 6 but different spec, take a look at Zenfone 2, same name but different model name behind got low to high end spec. WTF

Confirm got new modem, they just installed/upgrade last Saturday from 1MBps to 4MBps of mine. The uncle gave a new Riger brand TM Wireless Router Modem.

Yes. The tm guy no lie to you. Even at TM Point, the rep told me no freebies will be given.. But on that day instalation, the uncle gave me a new one. So I just keep it as backup modem..

Riger bad? I'm not sure did I said that before lol. Because most of modem given my tm use half year already broken down.. (3 broken down in my case, 2 units at home, 1 at office)

So I don't put too high hope on tm modem..

Also, once you received the sms you got successfully upgrade, you straight away got feel the speed instantly. Because that is server side. But they will still send technician to your home to verify the speed.
