Lose my battle with TM in arguing free speed upgrade from 4mbps to 8mbps where receive a SMS stated due to "technical limitation,can't upgrade etc" after raised support ticket through TM live chat. Managed to get their attention to call me up after sending a email with facts of VF cabinet nearby my house. At the end TM told me my line are not supported with 8mbps because it is under VB cabinet (which i never saw it nearby my housing area)  . Guess that I can only stuck with it for a long period of time
