I don't really get your mean, u mean tm reset the password? but why still able to connect?
If the password reset mean unable to login ISP, the internet light shouldn't be on.

i know it should be unable to login, that why it almost drive me crazy when all led are on but cant browse internet. so i just accept when cs said something like glitch and something shadow copies from database transferring process

I reset the password, the problem still exists, what to do?
is it due to I set my DNS as google DNS?

not dns, i also set to dns google in my router,

do u hv other router to test? if other router still cannot, u dont hv any choice except to book tm tech to come to ur house for checking e/thing like wiring etc

I figured it out this problem only happened during peak hour, 9pm to 12am....
after 12am then no problem...10pm to 12am normally is my time to ply online game. vmad.gif

Lose my battle with TM in arguing free speed upgrade from 4mbps to 8mbps where receive a SMS stated due to "technical limitation,can't upgrade etc" after raised support ticket through TM live chat. Managed to get their attention to call me up after sending a email with facts of VF cabinet nearby my house. At the end TM told me my line are not supported with 8mbps because it is under VB cabinet (which i never saw it nearby my housing area) rclxub.gif . Guess that I can only stuck with it for a long period of time cry.gif

No, initially contact live chat to inquire the free speed upgrade thing which they create a report for it but it abruptly marked as "resolved" without contacting me.
At the end I send a email with my facts to argue with them, which managed to raise their attention within the same day where a representative contact me says that my service line are under a "VB" cabinet (where I didn't saw it anywhere nearby my neighborhood) which can't support 8mbps..so can't give free upgrade due to the "technical limitation". I know that my place can support to 8mbps since there are numerous tm telemarketer offer me before with
an top up (which i refuse to). Even the tm point and live chat also stated that my address can support 8mbps. Thinking what's the next step should I take or just accept the fact that TM won't let me upgrade unless I pay for it cry.gif

If I request cs to change password, like that cs also know my password as well?

Feel like you call credit card cs, then ask them help me change password to "gotohell". Then what is the point of confidential?
