As I check with TM live chat yesterday, there are no free speed upgrade for streamyx users...even though my place supported for 8mbps. The so call thank you suprises are hypptv things or webe discounts or vouchers only. streamyx users are left behind as usual..

Lose my battle with TM in arguing free speed upgrade from 4mbps to 8mbps where receive a SMS stated due to "technical limitation,can't upgrade etc" after raised support ticket through TM live chat. Managed to get their attention to call me up after sending a email with facts of VF cabinet nearby my house. At the end TM told me my line are not supported with 8mbps because it is under VB cabinet (which i never saw it nearby my housing area)
