To all TM / streamyx / unifi users. The payment gateway been compromised on 4th December 2017. After you made your payment, be sure to check all your online transaction statement is correct. If not, do contact your bank for this fraud case.
All notification is correct in SMS. Even TM confirmed payment received.
I believe is phishing payment gateway. It happen as the same amount number appear in the statement but instead of MYR, it show SGD.

TM is recording ur data usage, maybe can call TM @ 100 to get ur data usage provided the CS representative have access to it and allowed to tell customer.

If u want to monitor the usage, u may try Glasswire. But only for 1 device though.

Yep, called 100 and the CS basically told that they don't track data usage. Seems like an info they'd readily have right? But not the case apparently.

recently I encountered a problem, DSL and internet light on my modem, but unable to browse, I thot that was wifi problem, then I connect it using lan cable, also cannot browse, anybody have idea about this issue? call 100, they said no problem to my port also.

the both DSL and internet light is on, that's mean nothing to do with the password.
I have to swith off the modem and restart to get the connection back. vmad.gif

i not sure how it related to me but when i changed new router, setup everything dsl, internet and wifi led are on but cannot connect to internet. so when ask 100 cs, he said everything fine from both sides, reset port and everything, so just take a chance, i asked the streamyx password, turn out tm reset to abc123

i shocked and asked who and why change without permission and why my led dsl and internet on? the cs just said maybe glitch due transferring database to new site (unifi), if u check my previous post, i think ask how to change new streamyx password on new unifi site before

so this is my problem before, i just told so it might be same as u. wont take minute to verify u password, no need to be angry
