......... nobody here actually bother to email/call/live chat TM to change Interleaving to FastPath?
*
I did that, but they said want to charge me RM53 for their technician to come to my place to do it, so I decided to just leave it.

ONLY IF you agree for technicians to come over your house. DO NOT AGREE.

Inform the techinician who phoned that DSL "interleaving" and "FastPath" settings are configured from local DSLAM side, not user side. No point coming over to customer premise.
*
I called 100 and don't know their CS pure stupid or trying to act dumb. They don't even know what is fastpath, and sadly their live chat also down for unknown reasons.

Upstream Downstream
Current Rate (Kbps) 637 10237
Max Rate (Kbps) 1140 26680
SNR Margin (dB) 25.3 22.8
Line Attenuation (dB) 6.4 6.5
Errors (Pkts) 0 0

Are these stats good enough to request the change to Fast Path?

The live chat agent never requested anything about ping for me and they just make report to change DSL noise profile, I think they don't even know what it is.

Please report back if you ever get it changed back to public IP. (Which is very unlikely now)
I got few colleagues whose streamyx got assigned with private IPV4 address and they were told to use IPV6 by TM.

YouTube throttling on IPV6 is still there right?

TM is here to troll us again. Behold the new RM99 UniFi Lite plan with same 10Mbps speed.

argh.. they offered me 8mbps at 140... which is existing 4Mbps price.
Is the Unifi campaign still available ?
*
Yes, but I think it's applicable for new applications only, like in my case, I can't keep my existing Streamyx numbers by porting it over to VOBB, must get new number.

No, initially contact live chat to inquire the free speed upgrade thing which they create a report for it but it abruptly marked as "resolved" without contacting me.
At the end I send a email with my facts to argue with them, which managed to raise their attention within the same day where a representative contact me says that my service line are under a "VB" cabinet (where I didn't saw it anywhere nearby my neighborhood) which can't support 8mbps..so can't give free upgrade due to the "technical limitation". I know that my place can support to 8mbps since there are numerous tm telemarketer offer me before with
an top up (which i refuse to). Even the tm point and live chat also stated that my address can support 8mbps. Thinking what's the next step should I take or just accept the fact that TM won't let me upgrade unless I pay for it  cry.gif

How much you paying currently?

You mean fibre to the cabinet (VDSL) is being used for your condominium? Otherwise any apartment/condo/flat on FTTH should support the 10x upgrade
