I just call tm...I want to upgrade my 4 Mbps package to 8 mbps. She said..wait until next year for free upgrade, they will send email.

What kind of upgrade is that. If I have unifi in my area, I won't be using streamyx in the first place.

A question?
Last month, TM reduce my 4 Mbps streamyx package from RM 140 to RM 88. Before reduction, I get speed above 4 mbps everytime After reduction, the speed suddenly stays around 3 mbps Is there a possibility that TM reduce the price and reduce the speed (withour the client's knowledge) to offset the price? |
