Hi,guys. Yesterday I factory reset my modem and called 100 for assistance but they asked me go to tm or any computer shop to confgure my modem settings. My question is what should I bring to tm and does any fees apply for that? Does a computer shop can really configure my modem settings? How much for that service? Got any ppl can give advice for that? Thanks in advance

There's no way to make a 1Mbps speed faster unless you subscribe to those illegal plan.

guys can help? yesterday my shitmix got problem, cant open google or youtube or web based service, it just white page or gives error. currently on 4mbps plan. I do the tm speedtest, sometime can and can't do, but usually end with test error/latency. today its the same (after disabled wifi and only 1 pc is using shitmix) thing, but I use my phone data plan and finding some link download, and typed it on my computer, and downloaded without a speed drop! but everything else is shit!. why this happen? this is so weird.

tldr:cant surf web, 1 pc, can download @ 500kbp/s

That 500kbps is from your phone data plan, which has nothing to do with streamyx.

did you not read properly? the pc is connected directly via lan. and the router wifi is disabled. I download via the pc and not on my phone

Try disable ipv6 on your modem router.

hi guys. just a quick question. assuming I would like to use my existing streamyx account at another location. can I just get a phone line at the new place, hook up a DSL modem and key in my current account settings, and get connected (Not at both places at the same time of course)

Possible. But your phone line in new place need to has DSL signal in order to work, and u may get a slower speed due to the port is capped at different rate.

I had the same problem with you. What I did was ask TM to reset my port. Then I reset the router
and use the DNS address that is given in my router. For some reason, Google's DNS made my
connection speed slow.

From day one getting streamyx I can't used google dns,
It's will slow down m connection speed
