Hi guys,
recently heard of a promo where I only need to pay additional rm30 to upgrade from 1mbps to 4mbps. Not sure if it is a worth to upgrade? I'm tempted to go for the upgrade. Only thing holding back is that there are many complaints here saying the speed isnt up to standard. I wonder is it old modem is sufficient? is it only sign up at tmpoint will do? |

I found my TMnet line attenuation is high 200+ db... frequent disconnect. Can advise how to improve this?

How come you can still connected to the internet with that high number. Frequent disconnect typically caused any cabling problem if im not wrong . Need to report to TM. Staying far away from TM DSLAM could also caused high line/signal attenuation. Well, this problem cant be fixed. |
