QUOTE(paperlee @ Jun 16 2016, 10:14 PM) i tried direct phone line to modem, same prob still persist, i doubt there is something wrong with my house wiring, but im not quite experience on this, 1st time kena such prob i upload my modem status screen shot here when low rate after dc: [attachmentid=6868963] when normal: [attachmentid=6868967] It is probably your house telephone wire problem.

Definitely proof of he has IPv6 enabled....... The symptom he described exactly the same....turbo 400kb/s, then suddenly throttled to 50kb/s. This post has been edited by JohnLai: Jun 20 2016, 10:49 AM

Lodge report to tm, internet always dc and sometimes didn't have any connection at all for 2weeks, technician came and fix, then claim rebate, got rm28 rebate, seems ok for few days,
after that my speed drops till like 1mbps package along came with the dc problem again, Lodge another report waiting for technician to come again, and technician thought i'm using 1mbps packge.. defak.... technician will conform back to tm and reconfigure again.
