Hi all, need help..im currently using 4mbps streamyx since that is the highest speed during the time..now i realize TM box just outside my Flat area got sticker said 8mbps already available..so i quickly find TM agent and i found 1 from FB and PM him. After give all tel no and address then he said cannot upgrade because my flat is to far from that box or something like that. Now, is that true? My current line cannot easily upgrade to 8mbps? do TM need to do special wiring or something?

I also try apply Rm88 plan but cannot already because already subscribe rm140. Have to unsubscribe and pay penalty then try luck to apply. My family house also subscribe this promo but only 1mbps available, until now havent receive the tablet

Hi need help, how to retrive back our TM wifi account password? I only know my ID but the password given by the technician was written badly till i cannot read..not my streamyx password. This is TM wifi for public such as available at the airport. Thanks

Hi guys, I would like to ask something about MyTM. When prompted to enter the IC and phone number in the registration form, how to enter Sabah Phone number (eg. 087123456) The example on the MyTM page is: 7 digits phone no. (add prefix 0): 00708823158 8 digits phone no.: 00344112321 but mine is only 6 digits... a prompt came out and states: "Sorry, your account is not a valid TM account. Any different if I disable Ipv6? I try just now with ipv6 enable Youtube was so damn slow, so try disable it and youtube was very good with HD..
