ladies need to complete the race in 2hrs for the medal, which means average speed of 7.5kmh. Technically, at a contant fast walking pace from start til end should deliver the result.

if you take part in the malay mail big walk, take a peep on other walkathon pro and see how they "walk" their ways to the finishing. Malay mail big walk will take on a similar route with Power Run & also Pacesetter 15km i think.

I may complete the 10km within 1hr ~ 1hr05min which left me 35min to cover the remaining 5km. But limping for the last 5km will not helps for getting my hand on the medal.

still left 3 weeks to figure it out...

Don't despair my friends. Still have one more month for you to train. I myself is training too. Hope to complete the 15KM run in 90 minutes. That's my target.

I'm not going for Penang Bridge Marathon although I'm tempted to. Will now stick with runs in Klang Valley first. First outstation/oversea marathon outing for me will be this year end's Singapore Standard Chartered Marathon. Going for full 42KM marathon again. Anybody wanna join me?

Currently no news ler. Will let you know by the this Saturday since my friend coming back tomorrow.

Amanda... Switcheasy is a device to put the iPod+Nike transmitter on the shoe without buying a Nike shoe. It's an alternative but Rashid said it's ban in Malaysia.

according to fellow kaki bola, the match is boring. but liverpool use to come back from 3 goal deficit during AC Milan match. So 1-0 is no big deal.

Ya... I was thinking about that too. Not many will wanna buy Nike shoes just to use that thing. So Nike smart lo, go and ban. So nearest place to get is from Singapore. I hope my friend can help Rashid out.

It is ban because if it released in Malaysia, ppl wont buy the Nike+ shoes which is expensive, quite heavy, and not that breathable. Ive seen and received alot of complaints from this shoes

After conversion, it shouldn't be more than RM50. I think will be around RM30 to RM40 range.
