Hey a running club!!!

The furthest I did was the KL Half some months back... couldn't walk properly for more than a week after that! Nowadays I do mostly the 10k's... coming up is Mizuno in mid-September. Anyone going?

Anybody did the Mizuno 10k last Sunday? Had an "ok" time of 1.02... target under 1-hour but I totally knocked out by all the hills at Bukit Tunku! We then made our way to the Terry Fox nearby and soaked in the carnival-like atmosphere and joined in the 3km walk...

Try the 5-7km Fun Run categories first... and if everything's okay then go ahead and try the 10k's. Very important to NOT do the long distance runs without any training. Otherwise you'd only risk injuring yourself.
