Added on March 18, 2007, 10:41 amAny of you guys, if u want to buy shoes for jog or run, i suggest you go to Real One Sport in Sg. Wang. Their price is cheaper than Studio R/Royal sports. I bought my Asics Gel-1110 for RM 370. And guys, if you have a place that can give cheap price for sports apparel, please post it here. I still search for a HRM and a pedometer This post has been edited by ironrashid_2k2: Mar 18 2007, 10:41 AM |

QUOTE(phoenix @ Mar 22 2007, 09:55 PM) Oh yeah... You are a member of Pacesetters right. I might need your help cause I'm interested in joining them. But I do not know how and where to register. I will prefer to register by hand rather than mailing them. You know where is their office? According to the New Balace Pacesetters 15KM Run application form, their address is somewhere in Old Klang Road. President Mr Munning Jamaludin 03-79828757 (O) | 019-2747433 (M) Added on March 25, 2007, 10:31 pmI joined the Larian Selebriti Anti Rasuah in Ipoh, which was held this morning. I was a bit dissapointed because didnt get anything, not even cert. And the medal is only given to top 100 only. There's one regulation, "Peserta mesti berada di pusat mendaftar selewat lewatnya 6.15 pagi" and a lot of school rep like teachers and the students came around 0630. And know what, the run was plan to start at 0730. And everytime I ask the crew what is the timing for last ppl as in the 100th, he keep saying "medal dah habis la dik".I was like..what..I don't give a damn about the medal, I want to know about the time. BUt then I learnt that the time is 40 to 50 min. My time is 58 min in 10k.Need to improve This post has been edited by ironrashid_2k2: Mar 25 2007, 10:31 PM |

QUOTE(deadalus @ Mar 27 2007, 01:20 PM) for the Larian Mesra, where should we park our car? seems to me that nearby the venue-IPK does not have many space for parking except for those pay carpark which i doubt they will open in early morning. opposite the IPK should be a parking space.but i reckon it'll be full, i myself will come by motorbike.hoho.. |

QUOTE(phoenix @ Mar 27 2007, 11:02 PM) I train everyday. From strength training to cardio training, it helps prepare my body for things to come. Besides, I take up indoor cycling classes in the gym. It really helps. As for running, I run 3 times a week in the morning or evening around 30 to 45 minutes per session. But as I joined Pacesetters already, I might consider joining them on Sunday's run at Bukit Aman. Anybody wanna teman me? For me i just jog, if time permit i jog 16 km per day, 8km in the morning and 8 km in the afternoon. sometimes if my shift start at 11, i can jog to 30 km. from setiawangsa and titiwangsa(usually in titiwangsa i walk to enjoy the scenery then i start jog to setiawangsa)..strength training? how meh? yeah, im planning to train with pacesetter also.. |

QUOTE(phoenix @ Mar 29 2007, 03:06 PM) Normally that will only happen to those who seldom or hasn't been working out as the muscle is very stiff due to that. If you workout regularly, there shouldn't be any complaints. Erm, i always did squat (barbell and hack), leg press and leg extension |
