Wah... Big appetite! When I saw my time, I basically lost my appetite. I sat in Fitness First's bar area for like 20 minutes before going into the shower thinking what had gone wrong. Haiz... Will look forward the this Sunday's Power Run to gain back what I lost. And yes, I agree the bag is nice and useful. Got pencil case some more. Haha... I'm sure BHP will organise another run next year by looking at the response this year. BRAVO!

I can only blame my left knee for my awful time. I'm not blaming the uphill actually. My left knee has been problematic since I started running on September 2006. Took glucosamine as a supplement to reduce the pain and it helped. I was suprised that it actually came back. As for whether 9KM or 10KM, I'm not sure. But I do know that some people when they get tired during the run, they will like "curse" the length of the route, thus making them think that it's like longer.
Thanks for your Power Run encouragement. I really need it. THANKS! This post has been edited by phoenix: Apr 16 2007, 12:18 PM |

Well... Personally, I think distance marker is OK. But don't display it too often. In addition, they can put motivating phrases on the markers to boost our morale. By the way, the exact distance for Orange Run is 9.1KM as stated by pm1 aka Ronnie See.

I'll be going over to FTAAA office to collect my bibs for Power Run 2007 this Thursday and also to register for this run. Those event that costs RM10 will only give out certificates to finishers. Sure do. No problem. Will let you know. If FTAAA cannot, lucky my house new 1U. Hehehe...
My knee didn't hurt earlier so I though should be fine. So I went for a run. Just couldn't resist it cause my body feels weird if I don't workout. But it didn't turn out as is suppose to be. As I run, it hurt again and I didn't even last for 20 minutes. |

Don't ever think of a knee problem. You don't wanna experience it and I pray you won't. I just hope now that I will get through this week's Power Run properly before I go for a 2 weeks rest before the Bomba Run.

Larian Bomba only accept application that submit personally to their HQ in Jalan Tun Razak.
So i guess there wont be as much participants compare to those event that allow mail entrants. |

You submitted the form already? Their HQ as stated in the form is Jalan Maharajalela woh. Not Jalan Tun Razak. Salah balai?
