Anyone have difficulties to get the 5% discount back refund from LYG? I have waited 1 month + just for them to issue a cheque.

LYG,

I am one of your GH phase 4 buyer. Could you please treat your customer politely when they call you and ask for clarification on this matter, have some decency to explain on your late issuance of refund instead of saying " i dont want to know the history".

I have ask admin, they said waiting for account people to issue the cheque, ask account after a month, no memo received from anyone, now, who should i call then? When you asked money from your customer you expect no delay and smooth process, but when the customer need to get back the refund money, you have to wait for ages is it?

talking about the mosque, i saw there is only one lane road to the mosque & nearby flat.

If one one car wants to get out, he need to wait for the other car to get in first.

Is that the only road? Is there alternative road?

Hi lizzlee, the earthworks next to the mosque is meant for our commercial centre. Several lots fronting the main road have been sold to petrol station operators and we were told by them that most likely, they will be operating under Caltex and Shell. There will be a fast food drive in and a Motor showroom. Expected by next year to complete. Other than this our marketing team are planning for other tenants, which we will reveal later as it is still on the negotiation table.

I have messaged the lawyer-in-charge just now regarding this issue. He mentioned that the developer has already signed the SPA and they (the lawyers) are collecting the SPA copy from developer. Maybe we will have our copy very soon. Cheers, bro...
