Ya. I noticed the same. We hope LYG this time can plan and built better township and better connection road in order to bring back the Bandar Tasik Puteri alive.

We are very amazed by how we always manage to find out issue each time after our visit to Garden Heights:

It came to our notice that there are 2 different designs of terrace house. One with windows and another one without windows at the master bedroom:
Our house:

We are very unhappy now as we can see that the "missing" windows is not due to intermediate or corner lot, both pictures taken are intermediate lot. Are we not paying as much as others that causes this happen? Why only the units at our row built without master bedroom windows?? Your intermediate show unit do come with master bedroom windows. I know you only build houses, but please try to think from our point of view that having windows in the bedroom is always the better option rather than having the sliding door open all the time for air ventilation.

You may argue that the kitchen sink location indicated on your brochure is for "illustration purpose" only even though the sink at your show unit is installed right in front of the window which is even more misleading, but please do not tell us that the windows at your show unit are also serves as "illustration purpose" only? We are wondering if LYG as the developer is aware of these differences? This is totally two types of design! Further more we aren't informed or told that there will be DIFFERENT designs of terrace house that we can pick, your sales agent never mention anything about this, not even a single word. Don't tell me that we are spending FEW HUNDRED THOUSANDS on something where the quality/design is not guaranteed.

Secondly, the space in front of car porch gate are so different due to the different sizes of divider. The gate entrance at our house is SOOOO narrow to let two cars go in due to the two HUGE dividers built which doesn't make sense at all. We went to check the gate entrance at your show unit and the other units of same row, the divider is smaller and distanced further away from each other which allows two cars to park easily. And this makes us realised that we had purchased an intermediate unit which is totally different from your intermediate show unit! Please go to do the comparison yourself, your show unit is wonderfully designed and built and we love it so much. But look what we got now? Water leaking roof top, missing windows and different entrance size! Again why is there no consistency when we are talking about few hundreds thousand worth property? Or even LYG yourself are not aware of any of these???

We have been trying hard to convince ourselves that GH is NOT that bad afterall because we understand that this property is priced very competitively compared to others. But this doesn't mean that you only focus on selling your product and neglect delivering the quality. Frankly speaking, we are now very disappointed and regretted buying property with LYG. Also with the unavailability of internet connection in BTP, this makes us feel very bad as if we have bought a house in a jungle.
