I am so sorry. I sincerely hope that the problem can be solved ASAP. Perhaps the alternative is that LYG should have introduced its own rubbish disposal mechanism (as you all are charged for that) before everything been settle with MPS. May your voice reaches to the right person in the LYG to handle this issue.
QUOTE(khairul25 @ Jan 12 2015, 03:42 PM) Bro, we are not talking about the waste collection from MPS, as we know it would take time to make it done. we are saying that the maintenance fee from what has been told to us that RM 600 we paying before receive the key is for thrash collection before everything been settled with MPS, rm 100 per month for the maintenance or assessment, i don't know the term used by them. btw we here are to fight for our right bro, if later on when u receive your house key you know what to expect from them. Hi to All Residents of Garden Heights Phase2, we confirmed that rubbish collection will be held 3X per week, i.e Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The lorry will come at about 12.00noon on the days mentioned to pick up the rubbish/household waste. Please bear in mind that it should be packed in waste paper bags and not loosely discarded. |

QUOTE(dino_rongak @ Jan 11 2015, 08:32 PM) LYG, instead of having the owners of GH Phase 2 keep complaining about the garbage collection, why don't you arrange to have a temporary garbage disposal solution. Otherwise your reputation will keep on hurting. Just a suggestion from me Hi Dino, your question has been answered. |

QUOTE(leekk8 @ Jan 12 2015, 09:21 AM) Yes, LYG should think of a way on this. Hi leekk8, this matter on the garbage collection has been resolved as explained.Being a developer, if the garbage collection issue is not settled with the local authorities before handover the key to residents, developer should have a temporary solution provided to residents. Maybe this is not stated in the law, but this definitely help in your reputation, as there are still upcoming projects being launched later. |

QUOTE(Yuin Chuan See @ Jan 12 2015, 12:34 PM) Thank you for this life lesson, bro. Peace. Hi - All Members, We wish to reiterate that LYG set up this forum to enable all interested parties an opportunity to voice their grievances, suggestions and ideas so that BTP will be a great place to go home to and be with your loved ones after work. We notice that of late some comments posted have deviated from the original objective, and this must not be allowed to continue as it defeats the purpose, instead it is being used to vent uncalled for remarks. LYG admin viewed this with great concern and we hope that all members should act with restraint.Whatever written posts in the forum can never be evidences to prove anything unless we follow up with documentation. You might sound wise to twist the facts that you insulted me at first, however, the forum members and public will judge on both of us. All comments and grievances will be acted upon, and LYG will see to it that its obligation to all our buyers will be fulfilled soonest possible unless in certain unavoidable cases it will take a little more time to resolve. This forum is not only meant for buyers to air their grievances but also an opportunity to keep everyone updated on the progress of the township. In fact in a way you get the first hand information. Let us act positively and all constructive criticism are welcome. |

Great discussion so far though some are a bit off topic. But the relevance of all this depends solely on the promised LATAR interchange. The completion of this interchange will make or break LYG's investment in this area in general & all the purchasers' in particular irregardless of whether you are planning to stay or sell it in the future.
Correct me if I'm wrong. This interchange is proposed to be located in between the current Kundang & Puncak Alam interchanges? Just passed by today & saw some clearing at that area but no workers nor machineries at site. Can LYG update us on the progress of this interchange & why the work on it has stopped? |

Yeah, between Kundang and Puncak Alam interchange. BTP interchange will be right after toll, and right before Puncak Alam exit. I am using LATAR daily, and yes there has been some land clearance but most of the time I cannot see anyone there. Correct me if I'm wrong. Perhaps LYG could give us the status update since we don't have the inside story of what is the current status |

That's why no work, I think. There's no progress at all for the past months. Even PETRONAS there still not opened. Hope its just a rumor. Because if it is true...... Last time if after you go through the Kuang's toll, you can see the 'pondok'. I'm not sure if it was demolished because they are continuing the work or suspending the work I think he still didn't get the message..! LOL |

It is a big concern as people in BTP wish to witness the transformation of more advanced township. 1. Can someone update with the information of why the PETRONAS Petrol Station in BTP does not begin to operate even it has obtained the permit last month and with complete facilities? 2. How is the progress of rubbish collection in Garden Height Phase 2, Block 4 BTP? 3. How is the progress of maintenance for the defects in Garden Height Phase 2 mentioned by the forum members? 3. Any update for the date and venue of the launching event for Seiring Semi-D? This post has been edited by Yuin Chuan See: Jan 14 2015, 04:32 PM |
