Thank you LYG for your sincere answers and respond in this forum. We, the first-home-buyers will always hope for the best from what LYG can deliver to us. The defects mentioned by the other forum members should be handled thoroughly and ASAP as they need to renovate their house (which consume a little time) and move into it for the planned family activities. We, the buyers from the other project/phase developed by LYG wish that LYG able to reduce the defects as low as possible and possibly to be nil defect. As some other forum members might have spread the negative comments around based on the complaints filed or shared, we really hope the next project/phase can receive the positive feedback within this forum. In my opinion, I have witnessed buyers from Garden Height Phase 2 who moved into their house claimed that they are confident with the products delivered from LYG. So, my faith is always with LYG and not to forget LYG is among the oldest and most respectful developer in Malaysia (as how my father recalls The Federal KL Hotel which is built by LYG years back has been used for national/official events those time by our First Prime Minister even until today). Perhaps LYG can also keep us up-to-date with the progress of construction sites (pictures and descriptions) at Garden Height Phase 3-5, Medan Puteri 2 and Acacia Park; and also the actions taken to repair the defects mentioned by the forum members as to bring back the faith of those who doubt/inquire about it. Well said Yuin Chuan. I agree LYG should actively keep us buyers and potential buyers up-to-date on the progress of the township and LATAR interchange.

Hi Firsthome, Rest be assured as a respectable and responsible developer, it is our obligation to deliver a good quality home. We do not deny that there are defects, no matter how well the house has been built, there will still be complaints, and we will rectify it within the time frame. As BTP progresses with many other launches we will keep all our buyers updated on the progress of the township. By having this forum, BTP has become more transparent and 'buyer friendly' as naturally if we are not confident of delivering a good product, it will certainly not be to our advantage.

I went to the show room in Rawang and book one unit of Acacia Park Phase 2 in last December 2014. The sales person told me that Acacia Park Phase 2 will launch in Jan 2015 but i just got the reply by LYG said that Acacia Park Phase 2 will only launch in Mar 2015. This make me quite disappointed due to the different information given by the sales person and LYG. I just felt lose of confident after received two different information.

I think the documents should have handed up by the developer to MPS. LYG should be waiting for approval from MPS. As we all know bureaucratic procedures consume lots of time. For instance, approval from Department A to Department B then to Department C, follow by Department D and lastly to Department E. Imagine every department takes roughly weeks or month to process the documents. So, it is unfair to blame everything on LYG.

Hi All Residents Garden Heights Phase 2, there is a collection schedule for the collection of all house wastes (sampah) except renovation waste, we will post the collection days after we have confirmed with the property management dept.

Hopefully "Baby Waste" also will be collect,.. But how long will it take? Soon after all 5 phase completed successfully?
2,3,4 years?
