Just found this section & been reading since I came back from the carnival this noon. Booked an Acacia phase 2 corner lot & also won a mobile phone today. Thanks LYG. Really hope BTP will be a great hidden gem. I m already loving the golf course nearby already. rclxms.gif thumbup.gif

Hi LYG - when the petronas' petrol station will be operated? It's quite sometimes since you mention that the petrol station will be opened.

Hi - MyRiz, pleased to inform that the PETRONAS service station has obtained their CCC last week, after their consultants have satisfied all requirements by the authorities. We expect them to open for business next month. Happy Motoring!

I am not sure about it. Anyway, one of the agents mentioned to me that we should have made a call to the Lawyer Firm to sign the S&P after you have settled you loan application.

Hi - All Buyers, if the lawyer asked you to pay the first 10% it means that the SPA is ready for signing. Do call them up and arrange the date suitable for you. Congrats on a wise decision, property prices are already moving up, we have many buyers regretting not signing up earlier.

Dear admin,

1. When is the official launch of acacia park phase 2? After second part of phase 2 open for reg? Any indicative date so far?
2. In general, will the acacia park phase 2 pricetag (second part) be the same with the first part or higher? If Im not mistaken d built up about the same or slightly less according to type.
2. If the 99yr lease already approved, why not put 95yrs in spa instead?
3. What is the progress of latar interchange?
4. When acacia park VP, will the perimeter fencing be completed as well?

Thanks n looking forward to ur reply.

Hi- Kickasix, our reply as follows:
1.Official launch for Acacia Phase 2, not confirmed as yet but will be soon, once all licenses are obtained,
2. We expect the price should move up, quantum will be announced,
3. Once the block title for the whole of acacia park is subdivided (the process is called surrender and realienation), then only can the extension of lease be applied, as already explained in earlier reply, hence we cannot insert the actual lease in the SPA until individual QTs are issued,
4. Perimeter fencing will be erected upon the full completion of acacia park, as works are still in progress and this might damage the fencing and also posed an obstruction.

it was mentioned only 18 min to KL once the interchange is completed.

where exactly is the kl destination point for your estimation?

BTP appreciation is quite low if u look at the current price of existing double storey houses. can even get below RM200k.

Ya. I noticed the same. We hope LYG this time can plan and built better township and better connection road in order to bring back the Bandar Tasik Puteri alive.

LYG, based on my understanding, the lawyers is giving 14 days from the letter date to sign S&P. What if I am not in KL and cannot sign within that 14 days?

what are the advantages of buying new launch? new and modern design only?

but pay double and more for the house.

for own stay, if really like new house then okla.

but for investment, i don't think can go at all.

Hi - Dino, you have to call the lawyer and explain why you cannot sign on the due date and fix another date for signing. However you cannot delay indefinitely. They will try to assist you.

Good evening, everyone. May I know any of you have signed your S&P? Will you get the floor plan for your house?
