i also receive it today, luckily my spending since 21 sep left 124.33 balance before reaching max effective cash back 1666.66 to get this RM50
*
exceed RM1666, so effective cash back from this promo is probably just around 2% on top of watami's 3%, but I am happy, cuz extra RM50 is always good things rclxms.gif

i also just received the same thing  mad.gif

QUOTE(tifosi @ Oct 16 2014, 02:53 PM)
Actually quite a good strategy. If you already spend more than 1K, why should I give you rebate? If you haven't, then they tempt you into spending even more.

Same here, like @tifosi mentioned, this could be Aeon's tactic... vmad.gif vmad.gif

QUOTE(MGM @ Oct 16 2014, 01:37 PM)
For selected card members only, wonder how they choose. I actually spent ~rm4000 during the promo period.

I nvr receive the sms...not fair! & did spend >rm1000 this week on my insurance.. tongue.gif

Aeon always have this 'selected' card members promo, wonder how do they select those 'selected card members'... shakehead.gif shakehead.gif shakehead.gif
There is another one 5% Rebate on Petrol, Food & Beverage and Grocery (Deepavali 2014 Campaign) from 10 October – 22 October 2014, I also did not receive any sms on this promo, wondering does anyone here receive it? ohmy.gif ohmy.gif

I spent >1500.. Didn't received the promo rebate too.... cry.gif
Last month I spent at watami restaurant with AEON watami around birthday. 5% direct discount from bill for AEON watami card, RM30 (birthday treat)+ RM50 (watami dining rebate-1st time used at watami) deduct from card statement, 10% rebate point in pinch-of salt card..
That time I thought the 10% rebate for dining >RM100 in watami is over, so my bill that time after the discount is around RM90+.. so didn't get the 10% dining rebate. I think the food there is nice, i did enjoy the meal there nod.gif

anyway just to let you know if you spend rm100 on your bill - rm30 (birthday treat) equals rm 70 so 10% rebate u will get rm7 only

Anybody had faced the AEON online "unbilled statement" ONLY reflect Transaction Amount/Debit(MYR) & MISSING the Payment/Credit(MYR) Transaction Details for Today? Is this permanent or temporary change? icon_question.gif

I went to Watami but did not use the AEON Card but used RHB as it offered 15% CB on weekends.

Would I go back to Watami to enjoy whatever Vouchers that AEON may give me - the answer is NO.

Food is at best SO SO only

Perhaps on weekdays, their Menu selection is better but on weekends, for those prices, there are many more better choices

So looks like my AEON Watami is only good for monthly autodebit to enjoy the 3% CB

I was at their HQ and I submitted my documents without the EPF Statement.

The HQ Staff told me EPF Statement is compulsory for AEON and my application will not be approved if I do not enclose my EPF Statement

I was so pissed until the staff told me that they have EPF Machines at their office.

The staff told me that EPF Statement is very important to them.

Perhaps u can call the Helpline and resubmit with EPF Statement

Wow, if u are civil servant earning > RM100K, must be Super Star Already notworthy.gif , how dare they reject you

Go and scold them kou kou

if not mistaken, the epf must be submitted together during application. last time when i applied also the epf machine down, and i was asked to come back again when the machine is ok. i submitted my application form first and they called me to come back to print my epf once the epf machine is ok.
