Manage to do RM25 Cashback Redemption Submission for my AEON Credit Card Reward Point through email customer.service@aeonmalaysia.com.my on 13th Aug. Wonder how long does it takes for the Cashback to be reflected in the statement?

Normally, If no news & no revise in the credit limit reflected online, normally is unsuccessfully. for my case..Haha..U may call and check with CS, else u can wait, they send you response through slow mail if rejected.

The RM30 e-voucher in pinch of salt card; do we need to wait for SMS/Email notification for confirmation to use it during the 2 weeks before birthday?

Yup,standard reply.. Success or unsuccessful for redemption is another story. BUT they did mentioned my name..i guess, they do read my email and not auto-response. Normally it takes how long to reflect in unbilled transaction through Fax? Or izit need wait until next month statement??

Is this IBG method(10¢) from CIMB through Citibank as receiptance workable for other banks as well (e.g. Ambank, Public Bank, Maybank etc.)?

Could it be due to unclaimed RM30 Watami birthday voucher or fulfilled the RM150 quarterly cashback? I also received the 1000pts...

I experience many times before.. Happen usual when the e-statement not ready, and the webpage left hanged without proper logout. If duwan to call cs, 1.) you may wait for 5~10 minutes & try relogin again. Worked for me. 2.) Else, u may try click the "Compatibility View" on Explorer browser when webpage hanged..& the system will logout & you can login again instantly.. Solved.

RM1.00 IBG?? IBG only cost 10sen..RM1.00 is for using mbb's bill payment method.
