Calling the cs. They say they unsure what reason.. ask me reapply back in 6month..
Anyway to appeal for the decision?

if not mistaken, the epf must be submitted together during application. last time when i applied also the epf machine down, and i was asked to come back again when the machine is ok. i submitted my application form first and they called me to come back to print my epf once the epf machine is ok.
*
i did not enclose my epf statement during my application in august this yr (as I do not have epf contribution at all)
but i forgot whether i include my last yr tax receipt (which I do not pay tax as well) with the application

I also never enclose my epf or tax receipt or bank statement. Only 3 month payslip.

On another note, does anyone having a problem login into AEON ONLINE. Web site only ask me to logout before login into application although there's no active session. I already tried this in 2 days with 3 different PC. Might as well call CS after this.

gosh.... never read that one before although I follow this thread closely.

Call CS and they help me log out doh.gif

Ask her what might be the cause of this problem, and she told me the reason might be because of the improper shutdown on the last session.
Well it might happen, but supposedly system log out by itself and not stay log in for a long time.

am i the first to use watami + pinch of salt during birthday month in Paradigm? At first they told me the system cannot deduct RM30 from pinch of salt after the watami 5%, so they offer to extend my POS RM30 by another 2 weeks. I told them to try again as some of u here manage to get it done and furthermore I defintely will not go back in 2 weeks time. Finally manage to get it done by keying in the POS RM30 first follow by Watami 5%. The system deducted 5% first and then follow by RM30, then only add 10% srv chg and 6% gov tax. So I get the lowest price possible from whatever method you can calculate rclxms.gif

total food + drinks = RM111.2
(RM111.2 x 95% - RM30) x 116% = RM87.75

food is ok, but will only visit again during next anni mth which is my wife's bday mth (got her to apply POS today) tongue.gif

off topic: do i still get 10% into my POS?

I used my watami + POS during my birthday month at watami pavilion few months ago..watami 5% don't have any issue..they mention POS system is down on their branch during the day I visit..but they proceed to check the RM30 birthday voucher for another restaurant POS system..at last they just deduct the RM30+5% discount for my bill..i don't think they got key in 10% discount credit to my POS card..

overall their food just normal but the price is not normal..

my next visit also will be card anniversary month as well..hahaha..

Thanks for the info, how about early settlement, there will be a lump sum reflect in the statement right?
The point is not counted?

Early settlement, you would have lump sum point credited upon early settlement request is being processed..
Belief me, Early Settlement is not an easy-going process; As for the duration it takes to process, follow-up calls and reimbursement of the early settlement fee (~which is not suppose to be charged for BT). biggrin.gif
