my recent bt experience (in brief) with aeon...

aeon cs: sir, your cl balance is not enough to do a bt for 12k, you need to clear up at least 13k of your outstanding balance in order to do that.
me: ok, i will pay 13k in a while later.
aeon cs: sir, if you have 13k with you, why not you just pay off your other cc 12k with the money?
me: no other reasons, i'm just giving you some job to do so that you will not be jobless. thank me later.

*after few hours later i received sms stating that my bt is successful.

Manage to do RM25 Cashback Redemption Submission for my AEON Credit Card Reward Point through email customer.service@aeonmalaysia.com.my on 13th Aug. Wonder how long does it takes for the Cashback to be reflected in the statement?

you may call the cs to check your uptodate point if you can't wait for the statement. as long as the system already captured your latest transaction and given you the points, you can redeem for the cash rebate.

I went to Watami but did not use the AEON Card but used RHB as it offered 15% CB on weekends.

Would I go back to Watami to enjoy whatever Vouchers that AEON may give me - the answer is NO.

Food is at best SO SO only

Perhaps on weekdays, their Menu selection is better but on weekends, for those prices, there are many more better choices

So looks like my AEON Watami is only good for monthly autodebit to enjoy the 3% CB

Not to forget to BT as they are the only one offering points for that...

AEON taking too long to process the statements. It's been 5 days and I still can't see the statement yet.

Same for me, so I went to CS at AEON to print out statement. You can actually use the printscreen copies of the Card's summary and unbilled transaction  from AEON online.

But there is a statement balance stated.
I guess if MBB accept that, it would be fine right?

They already approved mine today.

Yea... waited since the weekend till cannot tahan... I called CS this morning. And they dare to say has emailed it out to me on 12 Dec. 
I requested them to re-email to me, but still not receiving till now. 
My MBB BT form already pre filled, just awaiting for the statement only. 

We can still send the point redemption request through email right?

Lately they keep replying that the email is for non-confidential matters only.

the first 5% is for anybody who shop (cash or any cc) at aeon big on 28th.
the second 5% is for those who use any aeon cc at aeon big on 28th.
the third 3% is for those who use aeon watami cc.

conclusion, only with aeon watami cc you will get all three 5%+5%+3% at aeon big on 28th.

Anyone knows which is the best way to redeem the points rewards? I submitted one in their sunway pyramid branch last year, but until now still not processed.

I submitted 2 months ago, still in progress.

Better do not call to ask..
I also get the same rebate for point redemption..rm6+
The amount exactly same  with 1st rebate item..
Just take it and dun care what is it..haha..
